This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead UX research initiatives to support product development and improve user experience across digital platforms.
• Design and execute comprehensive research projects utilizing a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Convert research outcomes into concise insights and practical recommendations.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to identify research requirements and guide product strategy.
• Organize and prioritize research tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Present research findings in a clear and compelling manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the establishment and upkeep of research standards, processes, and best practices.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX research, managing the entire research cycle from initial concepts to definitive recommendations.
• Practical experience with a range of research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis) and the capability to select the appropriate method for each scenario.
• Knowledge of analytics and user behavior tools (such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Glassbox, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for clearly articulating insights.
• A portfolio showcasing how your research has impacted product decisions and enhanced user experiences.
• Educational background in a human-centered discipline (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Communication, Computer Science) (Nice to Have).
• Experience with consumer-facing products or in product development settings (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) (Nice to Have).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convey insights in a clear and convincing manner (Nice to Have).
