UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Drive Strategic Impact: Influence product features while expanding your impact by applying insights comprehensively across an entire experience and pillar.

• Execute End-to-End Research: Independently identify tasks and activities, collaborating with the team to prioritize research questions and develop a research roadmap. Adjust research methodologies as required, shifting seamlessly between rapid, 'scrappy' methods and thorough, in-depth studies based on the specific research inquiries.

• Uplevel Insights: Offer recommendations that enhance the team's understanding beyond a single project, transitioning from tactical to strategic insights.

• Influence Strategy: Begin influencing product priorities and strategies, alongside immediate design and product enhancements, under guidance.

• Apply Appropriate Methodologies: Utilize a variety of generative and evaluative research methods to address product and design inquiries, while clearly communicating the limitations of different methodologies.

• Collaborate and Lead: Establish yourself as the primary research contact for your product team, fostering positive, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.

• Drive Business Intuition: Enhance the team's overall customer intuition and utilize competitive insights to suggest features that strengthen the product's competitive advantage.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Research Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UX research or a related area.

• Methodological Expertise: Proficiency in various generative and evaluative methods with the capability to draw appropriate conclusions from diverse data sets.

• Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend the needs of different audiences and tailor presentations and communication styles accordingly.

• AI Literacy: Knowledge of how AI tools process and synthesize data, along with an understanding of associated risks such as bias and hallucinations.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Journalism, Anthropology, Communication, Design, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.

• Legally authorized to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
