
UX & Product Designer – Commerce Capability Stream

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create B2B workflows and interfaces for managing product data, pricing, availability, order processing, returns, and account management.
• Develop comprehensive dashboards, reports, and data-driven views to assist users in making informed daily decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams within Commerce squads.
• Lead projects from problem identification to delivering production-ready solutions.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, focus groups, and usability tests with retailers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Convert research findings into actionable product enhancements.
• Utilize a hypothesis-driven and data-informed methodology, measuring success through adoption rates, efficiency, and user feedback.
• Advance the “Pulse” design system utilizing Figma and Storybook.
• Maintain a consistent user experience throughout the platform.
• Experiment with new design and prototyping techniques, including AI-assisted methods.
• Actively engage in enhancing the UX & Product Design practice.
• Help define INTERSPORT ONE as the primary platform for business partners.
• Multiple years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
• Proven experience in designing intricate workflows, data views, tables, and dashboards.
• Strong skills in Figma and familiarity with design systems and component libraries, preferably Storybook.
• Background in user research, testing, and data-driven product development.
• Confidence in stakeholder management and the ability to simplify complex requirements into clear solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional product and development teams.
• Independent, practical, and solution-focused approach to work.
• Proficient in both German and English languages.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail settings.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted prototyping or design-to-code workflows.
• Technical understanding of components, design tokens, and contemporary frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards / WCAG or low-code prototyping.
