UX Product Designer

• Accountable for establishing, designing, and implementing the future of our product offerings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional feature teams to create distinctive user experiences.

• Comprehend customer needs, desires, challenges, and potential opportunities.

• Address unique challenges in innovative ways.

• Develop prototypes and conceptual designs for potential solutions.

• Engage directly with clients and customers.

• Background in startups or experience within product teams.

• Expertise in designing and launching design systems.

• Involvement in defining strategy and making design decisions.

• Support with ethnographic research, face-to-face user studies, and usability testing.

• Guide and mentor less experienced designers in the team.

• Proficient in using modern design tools, such as Figma.
