This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist senior designers with daily design activities across product teams, which include creating and enhancing refined, high-fidelity UI designs utilizing our Figma component library.
• Engage in cross-platform user experience design projects that span both web and mobile applications.
• Aid in the maintenance and expansion of our design library, which involves organizing components, updating documentation, and ensuring consistency throughout Figma files.
• Support the preparation of wireframes and low-to-mid fidelity mockups as directed by the design team.
• Participate in usability testing initiatives by helping to arrange sessions, taking part in live tests, and summarizing findings into clear, actionable reports.
• Contribute to design quality assurance by reviewing released experiences against specifications and identifying inconsistencies.
• Attend design reviews and team meetings both as an observer and contributor, gaining insights into decision-making processes across the product.
• Undertake small, defined design tasks independently as you become more familiar with our tools, processes, and product.
• Recent graduate with a degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
• A portfolio showcasing visual/UI design capabilities and an understanding of design thinking, even if the projects are academic or personal.
• Proficient in Figma, with knowledge of design libraries, components, and variants, along with a genuine eagerness to enhance that expertise while on the job.
• Strong comprehension of how design systems and component-based design operate in practice—not just utilizing components but also knowing how to create and manage them.
• Experience with usability testing or user research techniques.
• Inquisitive, adaptable, and open to exploring AI-assisted design tools and workflows as part of the design process.
• Attention to detail and a true passion for consistency, craftsmanship, and maintaining organized design files.
