UX Lead

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in UX, product design, or a related field.

• Proficiency in designing cloud infrastructure and/or products for developers.

• Strong capability in designing for technical users, particularly developers.

• Skilled in conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research.

• A knack for simplifying technical complexity into user-friendly experiences.

• Systems thinking: adept at determining when to address a problem individually and when to establish a solution pattern applicable to all.

• Ability to shift focus from strategic overviews to intricate details as needed.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to partner closely with engineers to align user needs with technical limitations.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to articulate your rationale to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.

• An interest in AI and modern tools, coupled with a commitment to enhancing design and development processes.

• A keen attention to detail that ensures powerful products feel quick, straightforward, and seamless.
