UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• You identify the critical pain points for users and stakeholders.

• You uncover opportunities that align user needs with business goals.

• You create user-focused strategies and concepts for applications, services, and digital communication.

• As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you ensure the quality of the solution throughout the entire process.

• You assist in facilitating workshops with users, clients, colleagues, and external experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in media conception, information design, media informatics, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing user-centered digital concepts and solutions, ideally in an agency setting or similar environment.

• Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies in both research and solution development.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in English.

• An interest in and curiosity about trends and innovations.
