UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of our global health and wellbeing product by leveraging your hands-on UX design and product thinking expertise.

• Design end-state user interfaces alongside strategic deliverables such as task flows, wireframes, and concepts.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, UX designers and researchers, content strategists, and other specialists in a dynamic agile setting.

• Participate in discussions regarding the interplay of different components within a system.

• Deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences while engaging with cross-functional partners.

• Acknowledge for your contributions in a challenging environment that fosters growth and development for other roles of interest.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Design and/or product-focused UX roles within cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Prior experience in Healthcare, Public Health, Wellbeing, and/or Fitness is preferred.

• Proficient in user-centered design methodology, design thinking, and workshop facilitation, with a continuous desire for improvement and growth.

• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, and other operational tools and systems.

• Generalist UX skills with a focus on visual and interaction design.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting design decisions clearly and persuasively.

• A strong appreciation for creating simple solutions to complex challenges.

• Quick to learn new domains, technologies, and processes with agility.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment while also spearheading process improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in designing scalable patterns and components, including the creation and maintenance of intricate design systems is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in upholding accessibility standards is preferred.

• Experience in developing admin tools is preferred.

• Background in data-oriented products and data visualization is preferred.

• Familiarity with game design and/or loyalty programs is preferred.
