UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform user research and conduct usability assessments.

• Design user-centered journeys, workflows, and wireframes.

• Develop both low-fidelity and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

• Work collaboratively with product, development, and business teams to translate insights into effective digital solutions.

• Utilize Design Thinking methodologies throughout all phases of the concept development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's degree.

• Demonstrated experience in UX Design.

• Expertise in using Figma for design and prototyping purposes.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Understanding of prototyping and usability testing practices.

• Background in UI Design and Design Systems.

• Knowledge of user research and behavior analysis tools (e.g., Hotjar, Maze).

• An updated portfolio showcasing UX projects.
