This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take charge of the "understanding" phase in the product lifecycle, pinpointing user pain points and business opportunities prior to the design of any solution.
• Strategically plan and execute qualitative interviews along with quantitative studies to extract actionable insights.
• Facilitate user testing and interview sessions to validate hypotheses and prototypes directly with B2B clients.
• Convert raw data into UX artifacts such as User Journey Maps, Personas, and Service Blueprints to steer the development team.
• Oversee the entire design cycle for new features, from initial sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Evaluate existing functionalities and suggest UX enhancements to minimize friction and boost user efficiency.
• Create high-fidelity screens and detailed specifications in Figma, ensuring the development team possesses all necessary components for accurate implementation.
• Develop interactive prototypes to assess usability and convey complex workflows to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure design solutions are in harmony with technical constraints and business objectives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Design or Product Research for a SaaS B2B product.
• A demonstrable portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects.
• Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including moderating interviews and conducting thematic analysis.
• Strong background in user testing, whether through remote methods or A/B Testing.
• Proven experience in Research, covering hypothesis formulation, user interviews, benchmarking against other products, and problem definition.
• Capability to prototype at a level that supports comprehensive delivery.
• Established ability to map Critical User Journeys, highlighting friction points and potential opportunities.
• Ability to convert research findings into clear insights, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in UX usability tools such as Figma, UserTesting, and Maze.
• Experience with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment that is in its early stages and experiencing high growth.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support events and engage with the team.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
