UX Design Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding work while embodying all UX & Product disciplines at the account level.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Enhance cross-functional processes and drive efficiency.

• Recognize growth opportunities and guide a team of 1-3 UX designers and researchers.

• Take ownership of the UX & Product perspective in project planning and account strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in UX and product design.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the iterative user experience design process.

• Expertise in Figma, Miro, JIRA, and Notion.

• Familiarity with agile work methodologies.

• Capability to manage and develop a team.

• Strong communication skills to convey design decisions and user insights effectively.

• Comfortable in collecting, sharing, and acting on performance feedback.
