UX Consultant – Business Design, Finance B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the business unit and Product Owner (PO) to shape and refine requirements for both existing and new B2B products.

• Facilitate and structure strategic processes aimed at the further development of the B2B product portfolio.

• Confidently navigate complex stakeholder relationships, including proactive expectation management with a demanding PO.

• Integrate the UX perspective into strategy and requirements discussions without delving into hands-on operational design.

• Provide clarity, structure, and transparency by presenting options, advocating for recommendations, and driving decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of senior consulting experience, preferably in regulated environments such as finance, insurance, or corporate contexts.

• Strong understanding of UX principles: capable of evaluating hypotheses and conversing in the language of UX practitioners, even without direct involvement in design.

• Demonstrated expertise in requirements engineering and in facilitating complex requirements processes.

• Senior-level experience in stakeholder management: adept at operating diplomatically yet assertively among business, technology, and end customers.

• Ability to think strategically while possessing translation skills that make your domain comprehensible to non-UX stakeholders.
