UX Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the UX certification process for member banks: Maintain an updated overview of each bank's UX status across various features and countries, from initial proposals to certified experiences, while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Evaluate and critique member designs against Wero standards: Assess member flows and user interfaces in relation to our central UX guidelines and pattern library, identify gaps and risks, and provide clear, actionable feedback.

• Facilitate the follow-up and resolution of UX gaps: Organize feedback loops, clarifications, and iterations with member banks, ensuring that agreed-upon improvements are implemented and reassessed until they are ready for certification.

• Equip banks with clear and practical materials: Contribute to the development of guidelines, best-practice examples, checklists, walkthrough videos, and member-facing presentations that simplify our standards for easy understanding and application.

• Relay real-world insights to the product team: Provide recurring issues, learnings, and user feedback to the EPI product and design teams, and suggest enhancements to documentation, patterns, and standards.

• Simplify complex topics into clear messages: Convert UX and technical constraints into structured, understandable communication for non-design stakeholders, and promptly escalate any blocking points in a constructive manner.

• Utilize user research and data effectively: Organize or communicate user research (e.g., usability tests, post-launch feedback) and transform insights into tangible recommendations for enhancing member UX.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional EU language is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with external partners or clients (preferably banks or large enterprises).

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles (UX and UI).

• Methodical approach to managing multiple parallel workstreams (across various banks, features, and countries).
