This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee various deployment programs from site evaluation to project completion.
• Collaborate with utilities, engineering teams, municipalities, contractors, permitting partners, and site owners.
• Facilitate utility coordination activities, encompassing make-ready tasks, interconnection, inspections, energization, and pole attachments.
• Lead efforts related to permitting, right-of-way, easements, zoning, and municipal approvals.
• Manage the pole attachment application and approval process, utility easements, and right-of-way permits/agreements.
• Supervise EPC partners throughout the installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Proactively identify risks, eliminate obstacles, and maintain clear communication.
• Develop scalable deployment procedures, dashboards, metrics, and operational workflows.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EV infrastructure, utilities, telecom, permitting, and/or infrastructure deployment.
• Proven track record of navigating a project through the city or county permitting process, from application to approval.
• Familiarity with the essentials of easements, right-of-way, and Site Host Agreements (SHA).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PMP certification, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in coordinating complex projects and engaging various stakeholders.
• Background in Project Management.
• Knowledge of utility coordination, pole attachment processes, make-ready tasks, interconnection, or municipal permitting.
• Strong grasp of construction processes and technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.
