Utility Line Clearance – Foreman, Trimmers, Bucket Operators

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leads and manages a tree crew while executing assigned tasks.

• Engages in daily communication with the General Foreman regarding all job-related matters.

• Demonstrates the ability to execute all necessary skills of tree trimmers with a focus on safety.

• Comprehends and oversees the designated job responsibilities.

• Maintains all documentation related to equipment inspections.

• Conducts inspection and maintenance of equipment.

• Accurately completes daily paperwork and reports.

• Submits timesheets in a timely and precise manner.

• Undertakes any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Has successfully completed all safety training videos along with First Aid and CPR programs.

• Has finished the Aerial Rescue Training Program.

• Has met all Trimmer Standards requirements.

• Typically develops climbing competencies within a period of over 24 months.

• Capable of pushing or pulling brush or wood weighing over 100lbs.

• Able to perform physically demanding repetitive tasks while walking, bending, sitting, or climbing.

• Regularly utilizes and applies personal protective gear.

• Proficient in identifying Job Hazards, conducting Job Briefings, and establishing Drop Zones.

• Skilled in recognizing tree assignments and initiating drop zones.

• Capable of assessing the appropriate method (mechanical or manual) for tree assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid Driver's License.

• CDL certification is preferred.

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience as a trimmer/climber and bucket operator, typically 2+ years.

• Completed OSHA, Aerial Rescue, and First Aid/CPR training.

• Skills in leadership, crew coordination, training, equipment inspection, daily reporting, and problem-solving.

• Knowledge in tree identification, operating hand/power tools, climbing/trimming techniques, and equipment maintenance.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy brush, and work under various weather conditions.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
