Utility Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to business stakeholders in overseeing and executing Third Party Risk Management activities, including risk questionnaires, performance evaluations, and exit strategies.

• Analyze contract specifics to ascertain the nature of services offered by the vendor and verify their relevance for TPRM review.

• Facilitate touchpoints and closure calls with business stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues, such as identified control gaps during the due diligence assessment.

• Assist users throughout the comprehensive TPRM process, from vendor onboarding to vendor offboarding.

• Adapt to new or revised processes to comply with changes in the regulatory landscape.

• Support the maintenance of operational procedures for TPRM processes.

• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including third-party providers, business units, Legal, Compliance, and other teams.

• Spearhead process improvement initiatives while contributing to TPRM special projects and other assessment-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as information security, cybersecurity, business administration, finance, or risk management.

• Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CISA, CRISC, and/or CISSP certification).

• 3-5+ years of experience in third-party risk management, vendor management, or a related area.

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking abilities, capable of collaborating with others to achieve significant outcomes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Proven capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within the organization.

• Competent in planning, time management, attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to oversee and/or independently execute tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) systems is preferable (experience with RSA Archer is a plus).

• Proficient in utilizing risk assessment and monitoring tools (e.g., Dun and Bradstreet, Fircosoft).

• Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio).
