Process and Quality Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement area requirements by adhering to best practices in Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, Kanban, A3, Scrum, and Business Analytics.

• Analyze and design academic, financial, and financing process flows, pinpointing pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Organize and oversee improvement projects while monitoring their progress to ensure effectiveness.

• Suggest new workflows that incorporate innovation, automation, and self-service options.

• Keep informed about the latest best practices in Agile, Lean, Quality, and Business Analytics.

• Strive for operational excellence, standardization, reduction of rework, and enhancement of the customer experience.

• Identify opportunities and formulate strategies to improve the department's performance.

• Recognize and eliminate steps that do not add value.

• Employ prioritization techniques such as Effort vs. Impact and GUT.

• Highlight risks and impacts related to the project.

• Collaborate with IT to digitize workflows and propose as well as engage in technology implementations.

• Discover opportunities for automation and AI applications, evaluating feasibility, benefits, and risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related management field.

• Preferred postgraduate specialization in Projects and Processes.

• Capability to interact effectively with hybrid and remote teams.

• Flexibility and openness to change and innovation.

• Experience engaging with various stakeholders and across different hierarchical levels.

• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.

• Proficiency in facilitating workshops and fostering alignment between departments.

• Structured communication skills and a results-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.

• Specialized knowledge along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in projects and continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of educational products is advantageous.

• Experience with process mapping tools like Miro and Bizagi is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is a plus.

• Education: university degree is required.
