📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with call center staff for financial products.

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process for call center personnel.

• Identify suitable candidates who meet the job profile.

• Engage in recruitment activities for a prominent call center specializing in intangible products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Student or graduate in psychology, administration, human resources, or related fields.

• At least 3 months of experience interviewing call center staff for financial products.

• A persistent and persuasive attitude.

• Confidence and ease of communication.

• Responsible demeanor, with tolerance for frustration and work pressure.

• PC or laptop with Windows 10 or later.

• Core i5 processor, 4th generation or newer.

• Headset/earphones for work purposes.
