Real Estate Credit Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across the entire operation and manage cases in the queues, adhering to leadership guidance, priorities, and agreed-upon actions.

• Keep queues and case follow-ups current.

• Implement actions proposed and agreed upon with leadership, while respecting the established deadlines.

• Operate independently on standard cases and escalate critical and complex cases to senior analysts and leadership.

• Enhance understanding of the team’s operational workflow and cultivate technical expertise in real estate law, contract law, and risk analysis.

• Maintain performance within targets, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

• Update systems and databases in accordance with established standards.

• Proactively report critical cases, problematic situations, and operational errors.

• Identify opportunities and suggest improvements or adjustments.

• Assist in the execution of action plans and area projects as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields.

• Experience with administrative tasks in the real estate sector.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Knowledge or developing expertise in real estate law, contract law, and risk analysis.

• Familiarity with area targets and the systems utilized in the operation.

• Experience with Google Workspace, ONR Registrars, Salesforce, and Zendesk is preferred.

• A law degree (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
