Utilities Billing Account Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish between 500 and 1,000 new utility billing accounts (BANs) monthly in TEOCO’s Bill Trak system.

• Accurately input necessary account details in line with the established Operations Guides.

• Verify billed site information linked to each new billing account.

• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including client representatives and vendors, to finalize account setup.

• Perform regular audits of existing BANs to confirm accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure data integrity and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

• Analyze reports and conduct quality assurance checks on current Billing Accounts to verify their validity.

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with precision.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Self-driven with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.

• Previous experience in data entry, auditing, or utility billing is advantageous.

• Understanding of utility billing/account frameworks.

• Experience handling large datasets or enterprise systems.

• Problem-solving orientation with robust analytical capabilities.
