User Support Coordinator, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist customers by managing incoming support inquiries

• Troubleshoot technical incidents that require advanced expertise

• Address issues related to specialized products such as SoundTouch

• Keep users informed about the progress of their resolutions

• Provide support for innovative brands in the technology, travel, fashion, and finance sectors

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German

• Strong command of English

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience or a keen interest in audio products, wireless networking, and live music technology

• Familiarity with both Windows and macOS operating systems

• Previous experience in tech support or a dynamic customer service environment

• Availability to work a 39-hour/week schedule from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00

• Must reside in mainland Spain for remote work; candidates from the islands will not be considered for remote positions
