This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Define and evaluate comprehensive user research activities to enhance the member experience team.

• Develop research studies, prepare testing materials, oversee participant recruitment, and ensure quality.

• Manage unmoderated testing using UserTesting, monitor tests, and make necessary adjustments.

• Analyze findings, review recordings, identify usability challenges, and generate reports.

• Work collaboratively with Design, Product, Marketing, and other teams to convert insights into actionable recommendations.

• Experience in UX/User Research or a related discipline.

• Strong capabilities in research design.

• Demonstrated ability to distill complex feedback into clear, actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication skills for creating written reports and presentation decks.

• Comfortable working alongside Design and Product teams.

• Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple studies concurrently.

• Nice to Have: Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech products.

• Familiarity with Figma/Miro and common product/design workflows.

• Experience with ongoing discovery processes.

• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira for documentation and tracking issues.
