User Experience Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Leading qualitative research initiatives, including in-depth interviews, usability assessments, and contextual inquiries.

• Designing and evaluating surveys while conducting A/B testing.

• Developing and managing dashboards for behavioral analytics.

• Analyzing user feedback and data to identify recurring themes.

• Collaborating with designers and product managers to formulate research questions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12 years of experience in UX research, data analytics, or related fields.

• Proficient in qualitative research techniques, such as moderated interviews and concept testing.

• Familiar with quantitative research methods, including survey design and statistical analysis.

• Interest or experience in AI/ML workflows.

• Expertise in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
