User Experience Athlete – Call Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage a substantial volume of inbound calls, ensuring professionalism and efficiency in resolution.

• Clearly and effectively communicate with users, adapting to various accents and communication styles from the US, UK, EU, UAE, and around the globe.

• Provide accurate information and solutions to user inquiries regarding Ultrahuman products and services.

• Proactively follow up by sending outbound emails to update or confirm resolutions, ensuring clear and concise communication.

• Quickly adjust to the needs of users from diverse regions, tailoring your communication approach to align with cultural and linguistic differences.

• Approach each interaction with empathy and patience, ensuring users feel valued and understood.

• Accurately log user interactions, key issues, and resolutions in the system for future reference.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, product, operations, and engineering, to effectively resolve user issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year of prior experience in call support, particularly with international clients, is highly preferred.

• A background in sports (ideally as an athlete), health, fitness, or related fields.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely.

• Strong command of the English language, with an ability to comprehend and adapt to various regional accents.

• Excellent analytical skills to effectively diagnose and resolve user concerns.

• Proficient in using CRM tools, payment gateway platforms, workspace applications like Slack, call support systems, and other relevant software.

• Availability to work night shifts to accommodate international time zones.

• Capability to manage diverse user profiles and dynamically modify communication styles.
