User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand Google Search campaigns from inception to execution.

• Take ownership of paid marketing, overseeing everything from campaign setup to performance analysis and subsequent improvements.

• Reduce CPA through effective campaign structuring, tailored landing pages across various geographical locations, keyword strategies, and associated optimizations.

• Incorporate Google Ads AI tools and other automation solutions into everyday operations.

• Foster growth through new formats and channels within Google Ads, such as Demand Gen and PMax.

• Utilize AI in daily tasks.

• Lead the strategy and execution of paid acquisition.

• Manage the unit economics related to paid acquisition outcomes.

• Influence product decisions from a paid marketing viewpoint.

• Experiment with new hypotheses, launch MVPs, scale successful initiatives, and phase out those that are unsuccessful.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience with Google Ads.

• Proven history of managing Google Search campaigns with substantial budgets (over $100k monthly).

• Experience in launching campaigns and products from the ground up and then scaling them effectively.

• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads inventory.

• Practical experience with Google Ads AI tools.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level, with clear and confident communication skills.

• Experience with Demand Gen and PMax is a plus.

• Google Ads certifications are an added advantage.
