U.S. Spanish Mobilization Coach – U.S. Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Leading XPLORE trainings, 10-week disciple-making courses, and 9-month group sessions.

• Demonstrating evangelism, mobilization, and discipleship techniques utilizing the MAWL (Model, Assist, Watch, Launch) framework.

• Translating, contextualizing, and creating resources for Spanish-speaking missions and mobilization.

• Coaching and supporting Latino leaders (both pastors and lay mobilizers) in goal setting, strategy, sending processes, and mobilization tools.

• Training believers in disciple-making and church planting initiatives.

• Developing believers in character, vision, and leadership skills.

• Being empowered and equipped to engage in conversations with pastors and churches.

• Building trusted relationships with key pastors in the U.S. on both personal and ministry levels.

• Negotiating and managing partnership agreements.

• Ensuring partner organizations align with Launch Global's mission and core values.

• Actively learning about the Spanish-speaking culture.

• Using culturally appropriate language suited for the Spanish-speaking context.

• Contextualizing communication with pastors according to the terminology used by their churches.

• Being flexible and understanding while working remotely or in person.

• Exhibiting a collaborative spirit while working and strategizing with teammates (contributing ideas, questions, and biblical insights to the team).

• Demonstrating self-sacrifice to serve team members and partners.

• Integrating lay mobilizers as integral members of the team.

• Participating in regular team meetings and facilitating when assigned by the team leader.

• Communicating in a respectful, confident, and teachable manner with teammates and the team leader.

• Effectively following up with collaborative partners towards Spanish-speaking mobilization (churches, leaders, ministries, lay mobilizers).

• Providing updates to the team leader regarding churches, networking, and projects/trainings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Aligned with the vision of wanting to Discover (envisionar), Develop (entrenar), and Deploy (enviar) Spanish-speaking believers to the 10/40 window.

• Has completed (or will complete) the process pipeline including explore, 10-week training, 9-month training, and Mob bootcamp.

• Experience in cross-cultural ministry (both stateside and/or global).

• Fluently speaks, reads, and writes in Spanish.

• Understands, affirms, and adheres to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.
