US Registered Nurse – Texas License Required, Spanish Speaker

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide remote clinical and administrative support for healthcare operations.

β€’ Assess and review patient information from a distance to track medical history, symptoms, medication adherence, and treatment progress, escalating concerns to providers as necessary.

β€’ Engage in patient evaluations through chart reviews, telehealth consultations, and standardized assessment tools, adhering to established clinical protocols.

β€’ Collaborate with healthcare providers to update personalized care plans.

β€’ Manage medication lists and facilitate medication refill requests by directing them to the appropriate providers or pharmacies.

β€’ Ensure that patient records are accurate and current in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

β€’ Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients and their families to assist with care coordination, reminders, education, and follow-ups (conversational Spanish required).

β€’ Notify the healthcare team of significant changes in patient conditions and document them accordingly.

β€’ Provide training and guidance to staff by assisting with onboarding, reviewing workflows, and reinforcing clinical and documentation standards as directed.

β€’ Utilize telehealth platforms and secure communication tools for virtual interactions.

β€’ Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

β€’ Organize and manage healthcare documentation, schedules, and records efficiently.

β€’ Assist with various administrative tasks related to clinical coordination and daily operations as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Must hold an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license, with a Texas license required.

β€’ Proficiency in conversational Spanish (spoken) is essential, with the ability to understand and respond to common patient-care scenarios.

β€’ Strong knowledge of medical terminology and care coordination workflows is necessary.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail when managing healthcare documentation and patient records.

β€’ Effective verbal and written communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

β€’ Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools.

β€’ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

β€’ Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations is required.

β€’ Preferred experience in a remote, virtual, or healthcare support role.

β€’ Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar) is advantageous.

β€’ Previous experience in supporting medication management processes and patient coordination is beneficial.

β€’ Familiarity with scheduling tools and secure messaging platforms is a plus.
