US Registered Nurse – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reach out to caregivers before or during scheduled visits to verify their arrival at the patient's residence.

• Ensure that caregivers possess the most current and suitable patient Plan of Care.

• Send or securely relay care plans and related documents to caregivers as needed.

• Accurately record all communication, follow-ups, and care coordination efforts in the EMR system.

• Report patient care issues, missed visits, or compliance concerns to the designated clinical supervisor.

• Uphold HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

• Promote continuity of care and facilitate timely coordination between field staff and office personnel.

• Provide assistance with basic care coordination and administrative nursing tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid New York License - USRN - NY.

• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.

• Preferably have 1–2 years of experience in home health, care coordination, or clinical scheduling.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities are necessary.

• Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are important.
