
US Market Manager – E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Full commercial accountability for the US market across all three brands (famwalls, heybalu, Bo & Birdie)
• Propel revenue growth and enhance conversion rates throughout the entire sales funnel
• Broaden and refine the product assortment based on insights from the US market
• Comprehend the occasions, gifting moments, and cultural nuances that resonate with American consumers
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Shop Optimization teams located in Germany, Vietnam, and Moldova
• Act as the primary point of contact for all decisions related to the US market
• Identify growth opportunities and conduct competitor analysis
• Assist in the development of a supplier and partner network in the US
• Around 3 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within a D2C environment
• Previous role with direct commercial accountability (P&L responsibility, revenue targets, or market-related KPIs — not limited to campaign management)
• In-depth understanding of the factors that drive conversion and revenue in online retail
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach
• US citizen or individual with a profound, lived comprehension of American consumer culture and the gifting calendar (including timing for Mother's Day, graduation season, and holiday preparations)
• Based in the EU, preferably Germany (timezone alignment with the core team is crucial, and regular visits to our Düsseldorf office will be required in the initial months)
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous but not mandatory
