This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the creation and strategic implementation of HEOR evidence, economic models, and resources aimed at facilitating engagement with US payers and health systems, including training and collaboration with Market Access, Field Medical, and Sales Leadership.
• Collect insights from IDNs and payers regarding evidence requirements to ensure BridgeBio therapies stand out in the marketplace.
• Offer strategic direction on HEOR real-world evidence, study design, and execution to guarantee relevance for decision-making in US population health.
• Spearhead the development of AMCP Dossiers, Budget Impact Models, and various economic tools to bolster the commercialization of BridgeBio therapies.
• Direct external partnerships with KOLs and Centers of Excellence to promote evidence generation, publications, and establish credibility with leadership in payers and health systems.
• Organize HEOR advisory boards and market research as required to stay informed about the evolving evidence requirements and gaps for payers and IDNs within designated therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with the Head of HEOR and Market Access colleagues on ICER assessments and responses pertaining to assigned projects.
• A Master's Degree in a relevant field (such as health economics, health services research, medicine, pharmacy, public health, psychometrics, epidemiology, and decision sciences) is essential.
• Over 8 years of pertinent experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical/medical device sector and/or managed care, including a minimum of 6 years focused on health economics and outcomes research.
• In-depth understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including factors that influence decision-making and US payer policies.
• Proven ability to lead without formal authority and effectively influence across various teams and functions.
• Exceptional executive presence, with the capability to distill complex HEOR evidence into clear and compelling value narratives for payer and executive stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
