This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement the sales strategy to enhance Anktiva's treatment adoption among all clinics and prescribers treating patients with approved indicators.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with customers and deliver clear educational content to convey efficacy results and outline suitable patient identification.
• Acquire and sustain in-depth knowledge of disease states and product expertise to present a compelling value proposition to customers.
• Evaluate account performance, recognize barriers to prescriber adoption, and suggest solutions to overcome these challenges.
• Partner with ImmunityBio matrix collaborators to discover opportunities and adjust territory tactics as necessary.
• Responsible for training all relevant healthcare providers (HCPs) on Anktiva dosing, administration, and overall treatment expectations for all accounts in the territory.
• Utilize approved resources to inform and address inquiries regarding reimbursement and contracting details.
• Effectively employ company-approved marketing tools and resources to tailor an approach for managing accounts and geographic territories.
• Organize, lead, and implement speaker programs for top providers and clinics within the territory.
• Represent the product in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
• Complete all administrative, reporting, and training responsibilities efficiently and punctually.
• Execute other assigned duties as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical device sectors is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in urological oncology or urology is required.
• A demonstrated history of success and experience in a start-up biopharma or diagnostics company is preferred.
• Understanding of the buy and build model is preferred.
• A current valid driver's license is mandatory.
