This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct age-appropriate medical histories and virtual examinations, assess, diagnose, recommend treatment plans, and accurately document findings in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional patient care while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Record medical information of patients and review their medical history during each visit.
• Facilitate consultations or referrals with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Offer counseling and education to patients regarding their health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as required.
• Assess, triage, and manage both pediatric and adult patients in acute care settings, with experience in chronic disease management and mental health conditions.
• Stay informed about current medical research and trends actively.
• Support administrative tasks or provide coverage for reviewing laboratory test results.
• Completion of a 3-year residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience in a fast-paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient environment.
• Current ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.
• Eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC) is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one state; residing in an IMLC state is required.
• Experience and comfort in providing care for patients of all ages, from newborns to adults.
• Ability to operate effectively within an integrated medical practice.
• Broad clinical expertise across various fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven proficiency with technology.
• Not currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal healthcare program, including Medicare or Medicaid, and not identified as an “excluded person” by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services or the General Services Administration (GSA), nor reprimanded or sanctioned by Medicare.
• Must maintain active status with Medicare.
