This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide care to patients across all age groups with a variety of health conditions.
• Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate effectively with our provider and support teams.
• Conduct age-appropriate medical history and virtual examinations.
• Assess, diagnose, recommend treatment plans, and document findings in a timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional patient care while prioritizing safety.
• Record medical information for patients and review their history during each visit.
• Seek consultations or referrals from other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Educate and counsel patients regarding their health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as required.
• Evaluate, triage, and manage both pediatric and adult patients for acute care situations.
• Stay informed about the latest medical research and trends.
• Provide administrative assistance or cross-coverage for reviewing laboratory test results.
• Exhibit scheduling flexibility, including availability for evenings and weekends.
• Completion of a 3-year residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• More than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient environment post-residency.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.
• Hold an active and unrestricted medical license in at least one state; residency in an IMLC state is required.
• Experience and comfort in providing care to patients of all ages, from newborns to adults.
• Ability to operate effectively within an integrated medical practice.
• A wide breadth of clinical expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven proficiency with technology.
• Not currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal healthcare program, including Medicare or Medicaid, and not listed as an “excluded person” by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services or the General Services Administration (GSA), nor reprimanded or sanctioned by Medicare.
• Must maintain active Medicare status.
