This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver care to patients spanning all age groups and various medical conditions.
• Ensure patient records are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
• Collaborate effectively with our provider and support teams.
• Report directly to the Medical Director of Urgent Care.
• Completion of a three-year residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience in a dynamic Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient environment.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.
• Eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC) is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one state; residency in an IMLC state is required.
• Experience and comfort in providing care to individuals of all ages, from newborns to adults.
• Capability to operate within an integrated medical practice.
• Broad clinical expertise across various medical fields.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven proficiency with technology.
• Not currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal healthcare program, including Medicare or Medicaid, and not identified as an "excluded person" by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services or the General Services Administration (GSA), nor reprimanded or sanctioned by Medicare.
• Must maintain an active status with Medicare.
• Productivity incentives for those employees who exceed the visit target.
