This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Conduct age-appropriate medical histories and virtual examinations, assess, diagnose, propose treatment plans, and document findings in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Provide high-quality patient care while ensuring safety.
• Record medical information for patients and review their history during each visit.
• Seek consultations or referrals from other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Educate and counsel patients effectively.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as required.
• Assess, triage, and manage both pediatric and adult patients for acute care, with experience in chronic disease management and mental health conditions.
• Stay updated on current medical research and trends actively.
• Offer administrative support or cross-coverage for reviewing laboratory test results.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate evenings and weekends.
• Completion of a 3-year residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• **Over 3 years of experience post-residency in a dynamic Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient environment.**
• Possession of an active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.
• Eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC) is mandatory.
• **An active and unrestricted medical license in at least one state; residing in an IMLC state is necessary.**
• **Experience and comfort in providing care across all age groups, from newborns to adults.**
• Capability to function effectively within an integrated medical practice.
• A broad range of clinical expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology.
• Not currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal healthcare program, including Medicare or Medicaid, and not identified as an “excluded person” by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services or the General Services Administration (GSA), nor reprimanded or sanctioned by Medicare.
