This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct age-appropriate medical histories and virtual examinations, assess, diagnose, recommend treatment plans, and document findings accurately and promptly.

• Provide high-quality patient care while ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patients' medical information and review their medical history during each visit.

• Initiate consultations or referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary.

• Educate and counsel patients on their health conditions.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as required.

• Evaluate, triage, and manage pediatric and adult patients seeking acute care, with experience in chronic disease management and mental health conditions.

• Stay updated with current medical research and trends actively.

• Provide administrative support or cross-coverage for the review of laboratory test results.

• Availability for scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a 3-year residency in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.

• Over 3 years of post-residency experience in a fast-paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient environment.

• Current ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual board certification in Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.

• Successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.

• Eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC) is mandatory.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one state; residing in an IMLC state is essential.

• Comfortable and experienced in providing care for patients of all ages, from newborns to adults.

• Ability to operate effectively within an integrated medical practice.

• Broad clinical expertise across various fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven proficiency with technology.

• Not currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal healthcare program, including Medicare or Medicaid, and not identified as an “excluded person” by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services or the General Services Administration (GSA), nor sanctioned by Medicare.
