Urgent Care Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Deliver care to patients spanning all age groups and a variety of medical conditions.

• Ensure patient records are kept accurate and up-to-date.

• Collaborate effectively with our healthcare provider and support teams.

• Report directly to the Medical Director of Urgent Care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful completion of a 3-year residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience following residency in a high-paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient environment.

• Current ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

• Completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.

• Eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC) is mandatory.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one state; residing in an IMLC state is essential.

• Comfortable and experienced in providing care for patients of all ages, from newborns to adults.

• Ability to operate within an integrated medical practice.

• Broad clinical expertise across various specialties.

• Proven proficiency in using technology.

• Not currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal healthcare program, including Medicare or Medicaid.
