This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Perform virtual exams and gather age-appropriate medical histories.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of health conditions across all age groups.
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests.
• Create and document treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Oversee management of acute, chronic, and mental health issues for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Coordinate consultations or referrals with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Stay updated on clinical best practices and evidence-based care methodologies.
• Deliver cross-coverage for responsibilities such as lab result reviews.
• Offer flexible scheduling options, including availability during evenings and weekends.
• Graduate from an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, having previously completed an accredited nursing program.
• Possess an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license alongside maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, as per state regulations.
• Hold current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Maintain an active RN compact license.
• Have an active multi-state licensure **(5+ licenses preferred)**.
• Accumulate a minimum of 3+ years of post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care environments.
• Demonstrate experience in providing care to patients from newborns to adults.
• Ability to operate effectively within an integrated medical practice.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and capability to manage a wide range of health conditions.
• Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
• Be proficient with technology and electronic medical records.
• Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs.
