This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform age-appropriate medical histories and virtual examinations.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of conditions throughout all stages of life.
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests.
• Create and document treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Oversee acute, chronic, and mental health issues for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Seek consultations or referrals from other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Stay informed about the latest clinical best practices and evidence-based care.
• Offer cross-coverage for responsibilities such as reviewing laboratory results.
• Provide flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.
• Graduate from an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, having previously completed an accredited nursing school.
• Possess an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license while maintaining Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in compliance with state regulations.
• Hold current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Maintain an active RN compact license.
• Have an active multi-state licensure **(preferably 5+ licenses)**.
• Minimum of 3+ years of post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care environments.
• Experience providing care to patients ranging from newborns to adults.
• Capability to operate within an integrated medical practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to handle a variety of medical conditions.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
• Proficiency in technology and electronic medical records.
• Maintain active Medicare status—be in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs.
