This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Perform age-appropriate patient histories and virtual examinations.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide spectrum of conditions throughout various age groups.

• Order and analyze diagnostic tests as necessary.

• Create and document treatment plans promptly and accurately.

• Oversee acute, chronic, and mental health issues for both pediatric and adult patients.

• Seek consultations or referrals with other healthcare professionals when deemed necessary.

• Advise and educate patients and their families regarding treatment approaches.

• Stay updated with current clinical best practices and evidence-based healthcare.

• Provide coverage for tasks like reviewing laboratory results as needed.

• Offer flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, having previously graduated from an accredited nursing institution.

• Hold an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license along with a maintained Registered Nurse (RN) license, adhering to state regulations.

• Possess current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from AANP or ANCC.

• Maintain an active RN compact license.

• Hold an active multi-state license **(preferably 5+ licenses)**.

• Have a minimum of 3+ years of post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care environments.

• Experience in providing care to patients ranging from newborns to adults.

• Ability to operate effectively within an integrated medical practice.

• Strong clinical judgment and capacity to manage a diverse range of conditions.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and patient engagement abilities.

• Proficient with technology and electronic medical records.

• Maintain active Medicare status – must be in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from federal health programs.
