This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Conduct virtual examinations and gather age-appropriate medical histories.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of conditions throughout all life stages.
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests.
• Create and document treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health issues for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Seek consultations or referrals from other healthcare providers when appropriate.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with clinical best practices and evidence-based care.
• Offer cross-coverage for responsibilities such as reviewing laboratory results.
• Provide scheduling flexibility, including availability during evenings and weekends.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, following graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Possess an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license alongside a maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in compliance with state regulations.
• Hold current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from AANP or ANCC.
• Have an active RN compact license.
• Maintain active multi-state licensure **(5+ licenses preferred)**.
• A minimum of 3+ years of post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care environments.
• Experience in providing care to patients ranging from newborns to adults.
• Ability to operate effectively within an integrated medical practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and capacity to manage a wide variety of conditions.
• Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and patient engagement.
• Proficient in technology and electronic medical record systems.
• Maintain active Medicare status - must be in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs.
