Urethane Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Operate Urethane machines #1 and #2

• Inspect the air compressor for Urethane Units 1 and 2

• Maintain a consistent temperature for the Coating mantle and conduct product checks

• Manage the operation of the cooling unit on the panel

• Verify the temperature of the raw material

• Monitor the temperature of the dispenser

• Ensure the heating furnace of the raw material's band heater is well-maintained

• Assess the condition of the drum's raw material during transfer to the tank well and check the vacuum condition

• Set up the Urethane machine – inspect the overall groove of the Assembly engine and monitor the temperature of the Cure oven

• Conduct full groove fixing for cooling – verify cooling temperature

• Secure and confirm the entire groove of the demold section

• Complete full groove fixing and verification of the unloading section

• Check the temperature of the preheater

• After cleaning the nozzle of the robot's dispensing system, attach the mixer

• Inspect the eccentricity of the urethane molding ball

• Inspect the air compressor for Urethane Units 1 and 2

• Maintain a constant temperature for the Coating mantle and perform product checks

• Manage the operation of the cooling unit on the panel

• Verify the temperature of the raw material

• Monitor the temperature of the dispenser

• Ensure the heating furnace of the raw material's band heater is properly maintained

• Assess the condition of the drum's raw material during transfer to the tank well and check the vacuum condition

• Perform mold cleaning tasks – 2 times per year for day cleaning work

• Conduct mold replacement

• Carry out mold disintegration

• Apply sanding of the release agent

• Assemble molds

• Inspect balls

• Extract balls
