This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Achieving expertise in the use of Storyline 360, the premier digital learning authoring tool, to establish innovative benchmarks for technical and creative capabilities.
• Creating comprehensive gamified training experiences utilizing game engines for both new and existing clients, ensuring seamless integration within Storyline 360.
• Working closely with our team to expand the potential of learning gamification across Bundle and client initiatives.
• Designing engaging, interactive learning experiences through Unity and other game-development tools that can be incorporated into eLearning platforms.
• Crafting custom code with JavaScript, WebGL, Three.js, and other technologies to produce sophisticated learning experiences and simulations tailored to client specifications.
• Creating and modifying 3D models to deliver immersive learning experiences reflective of our clients' work environments.
• Assisting in the export and delivery of files for clients to upload to their Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficient Unity development skills with a background in creating interactive, gamified experiences.
• Strong knowledge of C# and principles of object-oriented programming.
• Experience in creating and optimizing shaders using Unity Shader Graph or HLSL.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Unity rendering pipeline.
• Experience in profiling and optimizing Unity projects for lower-end or constrained hardware.
• An eagerness to work extensively with Storyline 360 (training will be provided) and a commitment to learning new technologies (preferably with demonstrated past experiences).
• A creative and strategic problem-solving mindset regarding game design.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• A passion for learning, combined with a friendly, enthusiastic, and trustworthy demeanor in interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Solid knowledge of Git/Version control to facilitate smooth transitions between NZ and UK teams.
• Flexibility in working hours to coordinate with our UK-based team and international clients.
