Unity Developer – Middle/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development and maintenance of complex mobile UI features in production (screens, states, animations, adaptability, onboarding, and paywall flow).

• Designing and evolving UI architecture using Dependency Injection (DI) with Zenject: ensuring correct lifecycle management, modularity, and minimal coupling of components.

• Working with Addressables and remote content: loading UI dynamically, version control, and ensuring stability in production.

• Ensuring quality through automated testing (unit and integration tests), covering critical scenarios, and supporting Continuous Integration (CI).

• Optimizing UI performance and memory usage (GC, profiling, TMP, managing allocations).

• Conducting code reviews and systematically reducing technical debt without impacting delivery timelines.

• Participating in releases and supporting the production environment.

• Mentoring colleagues and fostering engineering practices within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Unity (mobile projects).

• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and practical application of design patterns in production code.

• Proficient in C# and asynchronous programming (Task / UniTask).

• Strong experience with UI in Unity (TMP, adaptability, animations, complex states).

• Experience with Dependency Injection (Zenject or similar frameworks).

• Practical experience with Addressables and remote content (dynamic loading, versioning, fallback logic).

• Familiarity with remote configuration, feature flags, and A/B testing.

• Understanding of performance optimization and memory management in Unity (GC, profiling).

• Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, basic playmode).
