This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Cultivate, support, and nurture relationships with insured clients and agents to deliver exceptional concierge service.
• Handle and respond to incoming inquiries from policyholders and agents regarding small to mid-sized commercial policy coverage accounts on behalf of our client, the insurer.
• A background in Property & Casualty (P&C) is required.
• Manage incoming phone calls and tasks related to policy document requests, billing inquiries, or renewal assessments.
• Search for new or renewal policies within the system, verify their accuracy, and prepare them for delivery to the policyholder.
• Liaise with insured clients, agents, and underwriters to ensure policy renewals are finalized, provide updates on tasks and billing, and review cancellations or policy status as needed.
• Establish accounts in the system and process FNOS (First Notice of Service) and FNOS Renewal tasks.
• Handle cancellation requests from insured clients and facilitate White Glove pre-cancellation communication.
• Take initiative and maintain appropriate follow-up on outstanding items until resolution.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, ideally in business; or two (2) to four (4) years of agency experience in Personal & Commercial Lines, including homeowners and other lines; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in servicing or selling Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial policies.
• Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from groups of managers and clients.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
