⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development or Information Systems

• Familiarity with process mapping techniques

• Experience in modeling

• Capability to prepare functional requirements and business rules

• Proficient in documenting customer journeys, operational workflows, and decision criteria

• Knowledge of tools for process modeling

• Preferred: Background in digital transformation, Design Thinking, and banking operations
