This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Ensure sales performance in the Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeships.
• Identify prospective clients and promote ultrasound products across various therapeutic domains such as Cardiology, Radiology, and Women’s Health.
• Actively engage in the strategy for Sales and Marketing Communication directed at the market.
• Report directly to the Ultrasound Sales Manager in Poland.
• Meet annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and revenue objectives.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and leverage opportunities that fulfill customer needs.
• Provide precise sales forecasts for the designated region.
• Monitor and report on market developments, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.
• Attend conferences and trade shows to enhance awareness of ultrasound products among healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.
• Offer insights to the Marketing Department on trends and changes observed during sales activities.
• Coordinate the scheduling of clinical demonstrations and manage logistics for product evaluations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of successful sales experience is required, ideally within a medical device context.
• Familiarity with ultrasound technology (or Medical Imaging) and its applications in healthcare settings is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with clients and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational abilities are necessary to handle multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
• Demonstrated capacity for sound judgment and decision-making.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-driven to work independently with minimal supervision.
