Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical assistance to the sales team during product demonstrations, evaluations, and presentations.

• Facilitate comprehensive training for customers on the effective and safe use of GE Healthcare ultrasound systems and advanced applications.

• Work closely with customers to enhance ultrasound imaging protocols and workflows.

• Incorporate clinical insights into sales and marketing strategies alongside Commercial and Product teams.

• Engage in regional Sales meetings and inform Sales personnel about clinical, educational, and product updates.

• Address clinical application challenges and collaborate with service and sales teams to deliver solutions.

• Build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical partners.

• Take part in product launches, workshops, and tradeshows.

• Assist in the development of training materials, clinical case studies, and application notes.

• Partner with the Global Clinical Trainer to create and enhance clinical and training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience as an ultrasound technologist or sonographer.

• Extensive clinical knowledge across various ultrasound modalities.

• Primary emphasis on Cardiac imaging, along with General and OB/GYN applications.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to effectively train and educate individuals and groups.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel frequently within Hong Kong and occasionally internationally.
