This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Collaborate with sales management to deliver case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Act as the main clinical resource for troubleshooting coverage issues and providing in-service education on company products.
• Engage with customers in discussions related to procedures and technical aspects of products, therapies, and technological advancements.
• Connect clinical data to essential messaging.
• Meet with current and prospective customers to assess clinical needs, objectives, and limitations, offering solutions through company products.
• Relay account and requested information to the sales team on a daily basis.
• Provide insights regarding competitive products and account challenges or opportunities.
• Educate customers on the advantages and proper clinical application of company products.
• Oversee local education and training initiatives, including program coordination, troubleshooting procedures, and staff education.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, customers, staff, and administrators.
• Assist in monitoring product inventory levels.
• Contribute to achieving projected sales goals, company objectives, and enhancing sales revenue through case coverage.
• Bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Arts or Science).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a hospital or medical device industry.
• Strong clinical focus.
• Familiarity with products utilized in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular surgery, or cardiac surgery.
• Fluent in Italian, both spoken and written.
• Good working knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capability to influence clinicians, nurses, and lab technicians.
• Ability to effectively communicate the Vascular Closure Value Proposition.
• Strong analytical skills and financial understanding.
• Competence in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Attention to detail in maintaining records and processing reports.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the medical device market, products, and customer base in the territory.
• Prior industry experience, preferably in the cardiovascular field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel domestically 25–50% of the time.
• Preferred medical training includes Cath Lab Nurse, RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or first assistant.
• Prior experience in vessel closure is preferred.
• Previous experience in clinical education and staff training is advantageous.
• 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover).
