This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as a reliable consultant for clients during the implementation and integration of UKG Pro, particularly focusing on the payroll module.
• Assume responsibility for the entire implementation process—gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, designing, building, testing, rolling out, and providing ongoing support.
• Convert business requirements into detailed documentation, project plans, and functional specifications that pave the way for successful project execution.
• Oversee data migration efforts by mapping, validating, and ensuring smooth transitions from source systems to UKG Pro.
• Skillfully manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met while nurturing strong client relationships.
• Introduce best practices and effective consulting strategies to assist organizations in enhancing their workforce solutions.
• Facilitate engaging sessions and presentations that simplify complex subjects and empower client teams to achieve their goals.
• A minimum of three years of comprehensive UKG Pro implementation experience, including expertise in payroll and benefits.
• UKG Pro Certification is highly preferred.
• Technical proficiency, encompassing SQL skills (queries, basic scripts, and understanding of relational databases).
• Practical experience navigating the complete software project lifecycle—from requirements to rollout—ensuring effective and successful implementations.
• Willingness to travel between the US and Canada (up to 10%, not applicable for those based in the Philippines).
